I looked out our window last Friday evening ( between 6 and 7 pm ). It was the last working day before the long Halloween weekend. Incidentally, it was also pay-day weekend. The traffic on the street right in front of our apartment building was just horrible. Times like this make me really thankful that I live within the business district.
