Today my friends, we are gathered to remember the great dish: Terrace's Pork Belly Confit. As you all know, Terrace at Fifth has been transformed and is now serving modern Thai cuisine. As much as I know that there's nothing in this world that stays the same forever - I still feel pain as I remember this dish. I guess - as I get older I will now have no opportunity of blaming PBC for clogging my arteries. I was willing to have clogged arteries for a regular fare of that melt in your mouth mixture of crisp and tenderness.
Pork Belly Confit - you will forever be in my mind.
