On Business trips – I have no time and apparently – based on my recent expense reports – no money – to have a decent meal. I don’t charge actual expenses – I live on a per diem. The per diem rate was set when the US Dollar was still 50 to a Peso. The US Dollar – as you know it has been weak against any currency – including the Peso and the Hong Kong Dollar. So I make do with the time and the money that I have. Of course – this also gives me an excuse to eat junk. I love junk food. I am not referring to chips. I refer to Pizza, pastries, cakes and soda. Away from home – I can eat all the junk that I want.
