Manila does not give its residents the opportunity to dress up for cold weather. However - you will be surprised because the clothing stores still bring their winter line to their shops in Manila. The odd people that we are - we buy these clothes and we find opportunities to wear them.
I bought this gray coat from TopMan. Whenever I travel to Hong Kong - and the temperature drops lower than 20 degrees Centigrade but above 15 degrees Centigrade - I make sure that I pack this in my suitcase. I don't like traveling for business - but if it's a means to wear the great looking winter clothes that I bought - then bring it on.
