Construction Next Door

This is what we see now when we look out our window.

Prior to the start of this construction,  we can see the street beyond.  This picture shows the view of that street when a crowd developed to bid their good bye to the late President Corazon Aquino.

For years, that empty lot where the construction is now ongoing, is an ugly reminder of a construction that was halted - most probably because the appropriate funds to continue did not come.  I look out the window - and wished it was more beautiful.  I guess - my wish will be granted - I just hope that it really turns out to be a beautiful building.
