Cafe Caruso at Nicanor Garcia st. ( Reposo st. ) is one of the best Italian restaurants in the Philippines. They serve good food and their staff are well trained. I love ordering their freshly made pasta. When pasta is fresh - not only does it tastes better - it's also soft and al dente at the same time.
