Do you want to taste a piece of heaven? Ok - I might be exaggerating but I'm telling you - this slow roasted beef belly from Relish at Ponte is pure bliss. The meat is so soft - that it melts in your mouth. That gravy is also delicious.
What works best with beef? Mashed Potatoes. Relish's mashed potato is one of my favorite mashed potatoes in the world. Of course - my favorite is Buca in Minneapolis, MN.
I discovered this cheap sparkling wine at Relish. It's called Bellagio. It's 650 pesos a bottle (12 dollars ) - perfect for one person who drinks a lot of wine while having dinner.
