For me I love a bar that is quiet - and there are very few people and I have the bartender's attention. I'm there to drink. I'm not there to socialize. The Bar at the Establishment was exactly like that when we decided to hop onto the bar after our dinner at the Crystal Room. It helps that we were there at 9:00 PM. Most barflys in Manila don't start going to bars until midnight.
