I love Mochi. Mochi is a gelatinous japanese delicacy made from rice flour. In Filipino dishes - the rice gelatin can be found in Guinataang Bilo-Bilo, Palitaw, and Butchi. At Mochiko - one of the concessionaires in Mercato - they mixed Mochi with Ice Cream. I think that Mochi with Azuki beans is a perfect combination.
